LAUNCH OF OUR NEW MINOR AILMENTS SERVICE - From Monday 1st September, the practice is launching Minor Ailment clinics which are run by fully trained Practice Nurses. They are able to treat a host of minor ailments including coughs, colds, earache and sore throats. The clinics will be available every day and our reception team will be directing patients to this new service. To enable them to do this, they need to ask for a reason for the appointment. Please don't worry about this, you can state your problem is private and the staff are bound by strict confidentiality rules. This will allow them to book an appointment with the most appropriate clinician
